Guarantee Provision Obligation for the period “April 2014 – September 2014”

According to Chapter 3.7 of the Market Manual (Εγχειρίδιο Αγοράς) all Participants are obliged to submit guarantees for the period “April 2014 – September 2014” until the 31^st of March 2014. Traders registered with the Participants’ Register of the Market Operator (LAGIE) who were not active in the Greek Electricity Market during the semester “August 2013 – January 2014” have to submit the Traders’ Minimum Guarantee Amount, 40.000€, at the latest two days before the day they plan to participate into the Greek Electricity Market. Traders who were active during the semester “August 2013 – January 2014” will receive mail from the System Operator, until Friday 14/3/2014, with detailed calculation of the guarantee amount. The obligation to provide guarantees can be fulfilled either by submitting a letter of guarantee or by depositing cash into a special bank account owned by ADMIE or in any other lawful way to which ADMIE consents.
