Workplan for MMS upgrade

The Independent Power Transmission Operator informs Market Participants that on 07/03/2013 and after the Dispatch Scheduling (DS) publication, the operation of the Market Management System (MΜS) will shut down to be upgraded. It is estimated that the system will be out of service from 15:00 till 22:00 (Greek time). As long as MMS remains out of service it would not be accessible and the Dispatch Instructions to the production units that do not provide secondary regulation and reserve will be issued only by phone from National Control Center, while the units that will provide secondary regulation and reserve will continue to be controlled electronically from the AGC.
