Separate invoices for DAS Settlement and Imbalances Settlement

According to Article 99, paragraph 1c of the Greek Law 4011/2011 the function of Imbalance Settlement is transferred to the Independent System Operator (ΑΔΜΗΕ) while according to Article 119, paragraph 2cc of the same Law the function of DAS (Day Ahead Schedule) Settlement will be the responsibility of the Market Operator (ΛΑΓΗΕ - up to now HTSO). Since the process of HTSO’s corporate splitting has begun (Articles 98 and 99 of Law 4011/2011), starting from the 1^st of September, 2011, the Invoicing of electric power should be distinctive into DAS Settlement and into Imbalance Settlement which means a separate invoice should be issued for each function as will be the case after the completion of corporate splitting.
