SEE TSOs have launched a public consultation on their proposal for the second amendment of the Methodology for regional operational security coordination (ROSC), pursuant to Article 76(1) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SO Regulation).
The ROSC methodology defines the framework for regional coordination among TSOs in order to ensure operational security of the transmission system, including coordinated operational security analyses and the preparation and activation of cross-border relevant remedial actions.
Through this consultation, the SEE TSOs seek input from stakeholders, including competent authorities, market participants and NEMOs, on the proposed amendment of the regional operational security coordination methodology.
