Greece – Italy Interconnection Status
The HVDC cable connecting Greece to Italy was out of operation for the period Thursday 31/03/2011 to Tuesday 12/04/2011.
Due to the remaining technical problems of the cable, the NTC, for both directions (imports and exports), has been reduced to 250 MW for the period Wednesday 13/04/2011 to Tuesday 19/04/2011. HTSO will publish further information on
the status of the cable as soon as it becomes available.
