GREECE-ITALY HVDC cable out of commission due to technical reasons
Yesterday on 22.10.2013 the HVDC Greece - Italy cable failed. Based on information from TERNA there is no date for service resumption. For the following days and until further notice, daily auctions for the Greece-Italy interconnection are cancelled. All market participants with longterm capacity rights can nominate them according to Auction Rules.
