Daylight savings time 30.10.2011
Due to the hour shift (from 03:00 CET to 02:00 CET) on Sunday 30/10/2011, the 3rd hour (CET) of this day will be counted twice.
Therefore, Market Participants (MPs) have to do the following:
1) In the Daily Auctions of HTSO (for imports to Greece and/or exports from Greece to neighbouring countries), please note that the Bid file has 24 hours, and the PTRs that will be acquired for hour 3 will be valid for both relevant hours. Subsequently, MPs will be charged double quantity for the allocated PTRs of the 3rd hour.
2) In the nomination (TPS file), MPs should declare the sum of MWh that they want to use for these two hours (both for Long Term and Short Term PTRs). The CUA table which presents their PTR position will contain double quantities for the 3rd hour CET of 30/10/2011. In each of these two hours, MPs should be careful to be cleared at (and nominate) the same energy quantity (MWh).
3) In the MMS, MPs can declare 25 hours, so they do not have to double the MWh of your imports/exports, but they can insert them in different cells in their Excel-to-XML converter (The extra hour at the converter is located separately at the bottom of the relevant sheet).
