CHANGE OF PRIMARY RESERVE VALUE

In accordance of ENTSO- E requirements concerning the new Ci, Ppi Kri coefficients
of the electrical transmission systems, HTSO has changed the relevant coefficients
and after that as a consequence , primary regulation requirement changed
to 70MW.
