Fallback procedure for SEE Capacity Calculation Region

This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for new proposal of Shadow Allocation Rules which are part of approved fallback procedures elaborated in accordance with Article 44 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management. This proposal covers Article 2(1), letter c) from fallback procedures for the SEE Capacity Calculation Region, borders (RO-BG and BG-GR).
