Mr. Pan Yuehui holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the Changsha University of Science and Technology (2000-2004) and an MBA from the North China Electric Power University. Currently, Mr. Pan Yuehui is the Executive Vice President and CFO of State Grid International Development Co., Ltd. He also serves as a Director of State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. Furthermore, he was previously a Director of CPFL Energia (2020-2024).
He began his career in the finance department of China Power Technology Import and Export Company (2004-2010). He worked in State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. from 2010 to 2018 as Assistant Director, Deputy Director, and Director in the Finance Department.
Mr. Pan then held senior roles at CPFL Energia, including Deputy CFO, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, and Vice President between 2018 and 2024. He received certifications from the American Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts and the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Pan Yuehui has extensive experience in M&A, financing, accounting, asset valuation, due diligence, risk management, and international business.
