Description
The aim of the OPENTUNITY research project is the provision to the final consumer of the ability to participate in a broad “ecosystem” of flexibility provision to the transmission and distribution system operators through the development of 13 innovative technologies that will benefit “Prosumers”.
IPTO participates in the development of interoperable software solutions which are based on Energy Blockchain technology, for the analysis of flexibility necessities and management of new reserve resources, in collaboration with HEDNO and ICCS (National Technical University of Athens). A pilot project will be developed during OPENTUNITY in Mesogeia Region.
