Project Description

The aim of the research project is the integration and demonstration of services based on next-generation (5G) telecommunication networks in the fields of public transport, Industry 4.0 and energy.

In the framework of the Industry 4.0 use case, ADMIE in collaboration with INTRACOM TELECOM and the University of Patras participates in the demonstration of industrial equipment and facilities supervision services in real time. At the same time, in collaboration with TRAINOSE and IASA, it participates in a pilot project concerning the supervision of the electricity consumption of trains and its optimization.
