The iDesignRES project was represented by NTNU, the project coordinator, at the European Climate and Energy Modelling Platform (ECEMP) 2024 (October 16th and 17th). This event gathered experts, policymakers, and researchers to discuss advancements in energy and climate modelling and their role in achieving a climate-neutral Europe.
NTNU showcased how iDesignRES open-source toolbox can support policymakers and researchers in optimizing renewable energy systems. By providing advanced modelling tools, the project aims to facilitate more informed decision-making in energy planning.
