NTC reduction in GR<>AL interconnection due to Zemblak-Elbasan disconnection
We would like to inform you that the 400 kV OHL Zemblak-Elbasan 2 will be disconnected from 17th of April 2026 till 3rd of May 2026 permanently due to unplanned works in the Albanian system. Based on the information received from OST, this disconnection is required due to work needed for a new substation “Elbasan 3”, so for the aforementioned period the NTC = 50 MW in AL<>GR interconnection.
Consequently, the Long Term Transmission Rights that have been already allocated for the aforementioned period will be curtailed in compliance with SEE CAO rules.
